Due to the beautifully messy, handmade nature of these pieces, slight quirks and imperfections are part of the charm! However, if your item arrives genuinely damaged, please reach out within 14 days of delivery. Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, but the buyer is responsible for the return postage costs.
